I recently returned from the incredible 2024 E.H.C. Hockey Business Forum, organised by the Alliance of European Hockey Clubs E.H.C. During the event, I had the pleasure and honour to present a recent study examining how the sensory environment of an ice hockey arena during a professional game impacts the overall arena experience and, ultimately, influences fans’ and spectators’ intentions to attend future home games. Also, we were able to tour the newly-inaugurated SAP Garden, the new home of the EHC Red Bull München, which was a blast. Check out the short video.
